If you’re new to upholstery or you have some experience this series of four evening classes are a great way to gain confidence and develop the skills you need. Join me, Elin, an expert teacher and dive into the craft of upholstery. During this course, you will be learning modern upholstery techniques in a mixed class. All students work on different items of furniture, which is an ideal way to inspire you and your own project. Students are limited to 2 per class to ensure you get full attention, no waiting around for the teacher to get to you!

Once you have booked the course we can chat about choosing a project to suit your skill level. Be prepared that if you choose something more advanced it may take more than one course to complete, or you may need to do homework between classes. Due to the size of my studio I cannot offer tuition on sofas currently.

Basic materials and tool hire are provided but foam and fabric are extra. I can advise you on how much you will need prior to starting. I am happy to order fabric to the studio ready for your class. Foam will be available to purchace from the studio. Details will be provided on booking.  Cancellations with less than 14 days notice will only be entitled to a  50% refund due to the costs of running the course. Please be aware there is no storage so be prepered to take your project home with you each week.  I will help you to your car if it's heavy.
